Well kept hotel in Bulduri
Very good four star hotel. Located just under 10 minutes walk from Bulduri train station, 40 minutes walk or 15 minutes by bus to Jomas street. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a balcony. Ours overlooked the forest. Staff is friendly and flexible, we got an early check-in at no extra cost. When we came to spa they also managed to fit us in despite the treatment rooms being fully booked. The actual spa area is very well kept, a bit crowded but good facilities include a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, 20 meter pool and a circular massage shower room. There is also an outdoor pull with lounge chairs and a bar available to relax for hotel guests. The breakfast the next morning had a typical Latvian selection of hot and cold good including charcuterie, eggs and sweet snacks. The only wish for breakfast is that they could serve freshly brewed coffee and not the ones in a thermos which has been made a few hours ago. Overall the hotel is very nice and reasonably priced. One thing, if you book a standard room like we did, you will not get a bathrobe, slippers or a kettle in the room and will need to pay extra. It’s not awfully expensive but rather inconvenient, especially on the kettle front as I like to have tea before going to bed.

Crowded Place Over Holidays
We stayed at this hotel on New Year’s Eve. The hotel was clearly not equipped to handle the amount of people it had that night. Crowds everywhere, I was told to park on the street as both hotel parking lots were filled. Elevators could not handle the volume of people, so we took stairs most of the time, to and from our 5th floor room.

End of summer stay at Jurmala beach
Beautiful hotel! Great spa!. Close to beach, via short walk through beautiful pine forest. Great views if above the 8th floor, above the pine trees. A few great restaurants nearby. Everything closes at 10pm. Two things seemed strange to me: when I asked to extend checkout one hour, instead of saying yes or no, the front desk agent started asking "why?", and tried to talk me out of it, before ultimately saying "no". And, upon checkin, I asked about tennis courts nearby - I was directed to a tennis club that had closed a few years ago, and apartment building were already built on that site. Otherwise, the hotel and facilities were fantastic!

Very good experience with a few minor hiccups.
The A/C in our room did not working properly, but the room and the hotel was very nice overall. Spa was reasonably priced, but the quality of the services were not great. Breakfast was included and very good. I would recommend this hotel for a night or two.

Locely hotel
The hotel is very nice and comfortable. We had a problem when we checked in. Our reservation said that a regular Family Room had beds for four people or could bring in a cot. Well, there was a single and a double bed. When we went to the front desk they explained that our reservation was wrong and we had to pay $30+ more dollars to get a room that matched our reservation description. Breakfast was good.

OK for the price for Standard room
Standard rooms are small but OK. The bath room is really small but functional. The hotel location is good for the beach, about 10 mins walk. There is rent a bicycle station in front of the hotel. The real plus is the spa, it is really nice; well worth a visit, breakfast is dull but edible. No mini bar (you need to separately order it if you want 9your fridge to be filled. And in my case there was no complementary bottle of water! No kettle or coffee machine in the room. The hotel in hgeneral in good condition. The outside pool set in a small garden looked OK too.

Not recommended for non groups.Overpriced for rest
Being a conference offering hotel there are groups of loud people about the place come the early hours which can be clearly heard from your room. The bed is hard (a common theme in the baltics though it seems). The water smelt funny and didn't taste very nice from the tap and there was no room to put a toiletry bag in the bathroom except the floor. This was by far the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our trip and it was not as good as the rest, nothing here was free, no breakfast included, no parking included (€7 a day and you have to go to reception to get them to unlock it each time you wish to leave the car park) and the rooms were dull. (although cheapish compared to other close hotels so I can only assume the whole area is overpriced as it was in no way special... except that you had to pay €2 to enter. No Idea why as it is not as nice as many other places we went!) On arriving I was told that if I wanted to use the pool I would have to wear a swim cap. This was never mentioned at time of booking nor in any updates subsequently... of course, I could buy one from them... basically don't bother staying here unless someone else is paying and even then be prepared to be underwhelmed!
