Anniversary trip to a warm climate

It was a comfortable, enjoyable trip, warm, clean, roomy, quiet, great huge breakfasts, helpful & pleasant hotel staff, great shuttle to downtown & back. Great sights & historical things to see. Wonderful hotel pool with beautiful palm trees & plenty of seating, including outside seating to have breakfast, and a bar.

It was a great way to end our vacation. The location was perfect for our shuttle to the airport. We also used the shuttle to go to dinner in town and it was very convenient! The pool was wonderful and the staff was attentive and friendly! The price we got for our stay was very good compared to other hotels!

The property is currently under construction, but noise hasn’t been an issue. They offer a variety of services, including an hourly shuttle to and from downtown. There's also a beach shuttle that runs a few times a day and includes two beach chairs—normally $20 each per day.

The hotel is not worth $261 per night. The rooms were just ordinary, the telephone in my room was not working and they couldn’t fix it. There was no option on the TV to connect my Netflix. However the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely they should take out the resort from the name. This definitely not a resort

The property was very close to the airport and they provide a shuttle to the airport and to the downtown area. Front desk staff very friendly and always smiling. Lobby area was a bit too cold considering the weather wasn’t very warm.
