They took 2 hours for check in. I have paid the booking money from online..But they said me that they didn't receive my money. So, they asked me to pay also in cash otherwise I have to leave the hotel within 30 minutes. Finally Expedia solved this issue. But I didn’t like their tone. Also they didn’t provide breakfast, towels, soaps, shampoo, toothpaste. :(
