Needs a lot of work in customer service dept!
Got a room with pull out bed went down when we checked in to get blankets and an extra pillow was told there were booked full and had nothing to spare, also would let us use silverware to eat food we had picked up and had none.

The hotel staff was friendly. Room was missing t.v. remote but they found us one. Room was clean. It was not very sound proof. Heard the highway traffic and people in the halls all night, so not much sleep.

This hotel was fine. There were a couple burned out bulbs in our room and it was a bit dusty. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as there was very little left at 40 minutes before it was closed. Overall it was a good stay at a decent price.

While in my room, I had found a cockroach I called the front desk. They said they called me back and never did so. I scooped up the live cockroach in a plastic cup and took it up to the front desk. All they did was took the cockroach and moved me to a different room down the hall In the parking lot, I found open packages of Suboxone all over the ground

Older motel and it shows. Strong scent of stale cigarettes entering the building back off the parking. Waited for someone to show up to check in although we knocked on office doors and called out. Room also had a stale smell to it.
