Shuttle arrives at the back of the hotel in andark and narrow road. The rooms are dark and inconvenient. Shower was leaking badly in to the bathroom and made everywhere wet. The water diş not get pressure and hot. I have not seen such a poor Hyatt in my life.

Satisfactory stay
It was very difficult to get into the parking garage. Fortunately, the driver behind me was able to get me in. I had a meal in the restaurant which turned out not to be much food and rather expensive. The room itself was fine, no problem, not too noisy from the airport. The breakfast was fine and served quite early, which was handy. The parking garage entry was really the worst part about it, and after 6 hours on the road, didn't need that.
