Lugano visit
The apartment was very good overall Although the review did not mention air conditioning we were surprised that there was air conditioning in the apartment but it was locked off. It was very warm and although there were two fans available they were very noisy. There was no instructions for electrical equipment. The Wi-Fi was not working when we tried and the password we were given did not work. We had to contact Quokka who tried to help but insisted that the password they gave was correct. Eventually we rebooted the router and the Wi-Fi worked Having said that we loved the apartment, the balcony, the view, location and would love to stay again if there was air conditioning

空調がなく扇風機で凌がなくてはいけなかった。リネン交換を1回40ユーロで加算されたが、1回目は掃除までしてくれたのに2回目以降は夕方や朝にタオルとシーツのみの交換に成り下がりました。

Joli appartement, mais check in en ligne compliqué et pas convivial. Le contrat comprend de nombreuses clauses, mais l’appartement n’était pas disponible à notre arrivée à 15h15, alors qu’il devait être libre à 15h. Nous avons dû attendre 1h30 pour pouvoir disposer de l’appartement pendant que la femme de ménage nettoyait! Est-ce qu’un remboursement partiel peut être demandé? Merci pour votre réponse, meilleures salutations

Bel appartement et superficie, parquet, cuisine neuve et moderne, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Balcon avec vue imprenable sur le lac, une merveille ! Tout petit bémol... Peu de vaisselle, pas de tire-bouchon et verres à pied 😉 ! Prévoir un peu plus qu'un demi rouleau de papier toilette également !!
