When we were checking out, the staff asked if we had eaten breakfast, and we said no, and the staff told us that we only had to pay the city tax, so we paid. But later, a long time later, they took the breakfast cost out of our deposit. So when I called, they said they would refund us, but they didn't, so I had to call three more times to get a refund. I was so upset that I thought it was because I was a foreigner. It was strange that they took my money so long after I checked out. And they made me call them multiple times.
