The staff were very helpful and as the room was ready let us check in 3 hours early. The food was good and plentiful and the room was very modern but tasteful. It felt classy.

Fantastic stay in Leeds. The room was lovely and clearly very well maintained, and the reception team were warm and helpful throughout. The only slight hiccup was at checkout, when a large meeting downstairs spilled into the foyer and made navigating to the front desk with luggage a bit of an obstacle course. That aside, a brilliant hotel that I would happily recommend.

This is a gorgeous hotel set at a great price and with the best staff working too. It absolutely made our weekend a bit more special! We booked a newly renovated room and it was pretty much spot on! Staff were friendly checking in - umbrellas available if you need them for hire and the evening bar staff were great. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovely clean refurbished hotel. Lovely reception from staff. Managed to get a parking space which was a bonus. Great location for city centre. Didn’t dine in the hotel but room amenities were spot on. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Well done to the team from reception to housekeeping.

8/10 Very good

Good stay and a nice hotel great location. Central areas all nice but the room was a bit poky despite being the deluxe size. And just a rail for clothes, felt a bit cheap. Breakfast was ok.
