The staff are lovely and the property is clean. In terms of luxury, it felt more style than substance. The room was on the smaller size and although the bed was very comfortable, it was small for the price. The room did look a little tired and requires some attention to justify the price. Little things like the TV randomly shutting down and taking a long time to turn back on are not taken into consideration. The desk and furniture looked worn and scratched in places - an easy fix. Ultimately, a nice hotel that doesnt justify it's price point. I personally prefer The Malmaison when staying in Leeds.

Second time I've stayed here and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Great staff. Stunning hotel. Smells incredible. Rooms are lovely and everything you need is catered for. Central location for shopping, theatre and restaurants. Room service tip top. Can't fault it!! Two nights in a junior suite. Feels like I've had a proper break. Thanks guys we will be back.
