I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a sleek, minimalist design that made it feel modern and comfortable. The amenities provided were more than adequate, including toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, thanks to Celia at the front desk, who was very helpful. The hotel is located just a short walk from Causeway Bay MTR Exit A and Times Square. It’s surrounded by fantastic eateries and popular shopping malls, making it an ideal spot for both convenience and exploration. Overall, it’s a great stay!

Customers should be aware that this hotel charges HKD 10 per day per luggage for storage even for short term. We leave for a one week tour and will be returning. Most hotels allows short term luggage storage for returning customers. However, This hotel charges. Customers just need to be aware of this practice and plan as such.

In mid February the room temperature was set to 18 (64 Fahrenheit). I was freezing. I asked to raise the room temperature three times and the staff at the reception became angry at me. The shower temperature was also sporadic. Two nights out of four it was luke warm. I almost caught cold. I suspect the room is going to be hot in summer.

I stayed 2 nights in the hotel. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. It is in a convenient location while with 5- 10 minutes walk to very central shopping are like Times Square and Sogo etc. the property and rooms and a little bit dated but still good in cleanness. Room size, bathroom setting and Wi-Fi speed are acceptable. Value of money if you are not looking for luxury in accommodation.
