Avoid unless you are counting every last penny

Hard to even describe how bad this was. The area the hotel is in is very rundown. Loud people singing/fighting/talking all night long in the parking lot and up and down the sidewalk right in front of my window. The room was too bright. The wifi didn't work. Pillows and bed were probably the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on, ever. Oh, and they wanted a $50 CASH deposit up front? What kind of place is that? About the only good thing is that the rate was cheap. Now I know why.

For some reason the last two times I’ve stayed with this property the queen mattress in the rooms should’ve been replaced 20 years ago had to sleep in a chair one night had to sleep on top of pillows the last stay. The juice in the breakfast was sour first time I ever tasted sour orange juice.

This hotel is in a horrible area of town with crime everywhere. The photos are not accurate to the condition of this property! We called another hotel from the safety of our deadbolted door and checked out within 15 minutes of arriving and didn’t touch a single thing. Our uber driver even said “are you sure you want to stay here” as he was dropping us off, and the front lobby being locked at night and having to checkin through a bulletproof window was our first clue to our safety here. I will say the fella who checked us in was very nice and courteous, and I hope he stays safe working there!

Did not end up staying here. We felt it was NOT safe to stay. We had to find safer hotel. There was a homeless man asleep in the front of our hotel building, drug addicts in the parking lot arguing, the room smelled of smoke, had cigarette holes in the bedding. We went to leave and the front desk was helpful but would not refund our money. Told us to call Expedia to get the refund but of course Expedia would not refund us either.

This was our first time staying here, as it was a last minute decision. Called and spoke to Tammy, to inquire about a reservation, she was very helpful. After arriving, Juan was at the front desk, for check in and check out, and had exceptional public relations service skills. Great communicator. Will definitely stay here again.
