This hotel is lovely, in a good area a 5min walk from the Vitosha Blvd, staff where so helpful - I stayed in one of the suites and had a bath overlooking the city and mountains ... The rooms are full of space and have been elegantly designed.

Great hotel!
Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Super clean, comfortable bed, huuuge room with amazing view at the 25th floor, great room service and the food at Mediterra restaurant was amazing. We have no complaints at all. Also good walking distance to the center of Sofia. We didn’t visit the spa but we had a look at it and it seemed very clean and nice! Would definitely come back!

Hotel was very nice and clean Only get free water and coffee 1 time even we stay 4 nights, think it’s very strange for 5 star hotel. It was only 1 set of towels in the room when we arrive but they give us more after we call and ask for it. Everything else was good and friendly staff
