Great place!
Really nice place. Great safe location close to lots of restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. It was nice and quiet. If we needed any kind of service we had to go track the guy down. Even though it was a rao bedroom apartment we only got 2 towels. There is a washer/dryer combo that works but no instructions. We had to learn the hard way how to use it. (Use the last setting btw if you want dry clothes). Good water pressure and lots of hot water! Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!
This hotel was great! It wasn't really a hotel - it seemed to be a converted apartment complex, but as a result the rooms were spacious, well appointed, and felt like house living. The concierge was super helpful and kind (thanks Sergio!) and the location was perfect in the heart of La Condesa. Next time we return, we will definitely be staying here!

Das ganze Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig, der Schlafbereich ist nur unzulänglich abzudunkeln, auf jeder Seite unseres Zimmers befinden sich große Baustellen (laut Hinweisschild an der Baustelle seit 2017), auf der Dachterasse finden Nachts Partys statt mit sehr lauter Geräuschentwicklung , trotz mehrmaligem Hinweis auf die Nachtruhe keine Änderung der Situation geschweige eines Einschreitens seitens des Hotelmanagers. Nach Reklamation am nächsten Tag nur ausweichende Rückmeldung keine Entschuldigung.

Buena ubicación, excelentes lugares para hacer vida social, espacios del hotel amplios. Lo único malo es que no hay recepción, el portero no es servicial, tienes que pedirle las cosas.

We reserved a two bedroom room and they gave us a studio apt on the 5th floor. The staff was semi helpful but not around often enough. The toilet stopped flushing twice and the shower was either scalding hot or ice cold. Additionally there was no trash can in the room and there was no room service for the week we were there. That all being said it was at least clean and on a quite street, in a nice location.
