Booking for my niece and sister visiting from overseas, we check-in around 10 pm and it was the worst check-in experience I have ever had. The front desk staff acted inappropriately, tone and manner we felt was horrible. When my 8yrs old niece said hello to him, his answer was 'Passport!' and asking us to pay tourism fee which doesn't mention on the Expedia website. I was asking to provide more details about this tourism fee but what he answered to me was only one sentence 'See your voucher'. I do not expecting too much things that we are not asking for. Please be nice to the kids, and I want you to highlight this incident and improve your hospitality.
