Horrible experience
1. Shuttle driver followed us into the lobby and watched us check-in which was incredibly uncomfortable
2. I was forced to put the full amount of the stay as well as the deposit on my credit card upon checking in, instead of taking the deposit at that time and allowing me to pay for the room upon checking out with a different method
3. The store items were marked up x5
4. The mattress cover on the pull out sofa had blood stains on it among other questionable stains so three of us ended up sharing the "king" size bed
5. The bed was queen sized, the only thing king sized was the headboard
6. The front staff was visibly overwhelmed or annoyed even when there were no other guests around
7. Shuttle took one hour to show up at the airport
8. Completely put a damper on an otherwise wonderful vacation. Will NEVER stay here again, this hotel should maybe have 2 stars

Hilton Honors ??
Overall it was good. A minor inconvenience that was communicated in a blunt way at check in was the only issue we had. That was we could not attribute this stay with our Hilton Honors membership because we booked third party. Otherwise a very nice property with the rest of the staff being quite friendly.

We were very disappointed in the shuttle service. We waited for 45 minutes and the stuttle still had not come despite the fact that we. called twice (once to confirm that we were in the right pick up zone and once and once to ask how long we would have to wait for pick up). We would up getting a offered a ride from another hotel shuttle driver which we gladly accepted.
i had originally booked this stay on the hotels.com app. The day before our checkin I received an email from the Hilton asking me to check in on their hilton app in order to get digital room keys and streamline the process. I was also offered the opportunity to choose my room. I gladly accepted and choose a room on the 11th floor. However, the next day when I went into the Hilton app my reservation had totally disappeared and I was unable to re-add it back unto the app. When I called I was told that it had disappeared because I had checked in and that my digital keys would appear when I arrived at the hotel. I called back again later and was told that because I had not booked directly through the Hilton app that the owner would not allow me to use digital keys and that that is why I couldn't see my reservation and keys on the Hilron app. When I arrived I was told to take an older room on the main level and tjey would not honor the room selection that I had made. If you don't want to grant me the benefit of digital keys etc. Then dont send emails encouraging it.
