Learn more about Belgrade

Ancient Kalemegdan Fortress commands the confluence of the Danube and Sava rivers, offering panoramic views worth the uphill walk. Republic Square buzzes with locals meeting 'at the horse' - the iconic equestrian statue that's Belgrade's unofficial heart. The Tesla Museum celebrates the inventor with hands-on exhibits that make science thrilling. After dark, floating nightclubs called 'splavovi' transform the riverbanks into Europe's most unexpected party scene. Duck into a Skadarlija tavern for live accordion music and rakija, the fiery fruit brandy locals insist cures everything except the hangover it causes. Football matches at Rajko Mitić Stadium deliver an atmosphere that makes Premier League games seem positively genteel.

8/10 Good
"Lovely spot. Rooms clean. Marks/stains on some chairs. The lotion in the bathroom is very thin so it is easy to have it splash about. Staff very nice. Weirdly there was never anyone in the restaurant when we looked in. We didn’t take the breakfast though so maybe it’s busy then. Also never found a menu to find out what you could order."

"Very good experience staying in One Luxury Suites. We were greeted by very pleasant, helpful employee showing who took the time to escort us and in detail showed the room and all amenities. A very rear treat in hotels nowadays. Hotel is located in the very centar of Belgrade, very lively pedestrian zone Knez Mihajlova, the room was quiet. Checking out was a-breeze and we got a fare well pack of water, soda and a branded small notes booklet. Room was clean with a mini bar, coffee machine, bottled water although Belgrade tap water is drinkable. What I have missed is a little more space in the room itself."

"Superbly cleaned room, nice staff, and well decorated. Shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water, and a/c was great. The bed was rather hard for my taste, and at least in the room I was in, there was a constant bass noise during the day up until around 10pm each night. Made it difficult to do some work or afternoon nap after a long day of exploring. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay."
