A wonderful hotel in a great location, accessible to all. Irena in reception was very welcoming and gave an upgrade to a spectacular room. Club lounge had a young lady that served small menu and drinks and she was extremely polite and approachable. Her customer service was exceptional.

Very old hotel. Stuff talked with us like we are stupid people. We leave after 1 day to Hilton for our next 5 days. Same price better hotel better location.

Except for the front desk staff that is not the brightest (interacted with 3 of them and none of them has proper training), everything else was wonderful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Food is wonderful, in restaurant and lounges. The only thing, both lounges are smoke friendly and I am highly sensitive to this smell. Pool, steam room, etc, are great but treadmills were not connected to their channels. There is an outside and inside parking but at first I had a hard time finding an entrance to their parking, and so I just parked at the mall garage across the road, and ended up parking there for the rest of my stay.
