Check in was very smooth. Room was clean except for something on the ceiling above the shower. The breakfast offered a variety of options. It was quiet and yet in walking distance to the Crystal Grand Theater.

Room was excellent. But there was an additional fee upon arrival which was noted by hotels.com. Hotel ended up waiving the fee once shown proof that the booking did not speak of an additional resort fee. Pool and hot tub were dirty. Air conditioning did not work in pool area. Very humid.

Highly recommend
We loved Sleep Inn in Wisconsin Dells. Our room was pretty and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly, and it was calm and peaceful. This is our first choice hotel for the area from now on.

Not the cleanest place. Had beard hair on a bathroom towel, hot tub was super bubbly (which usually means too much oil from bodies and not enough chemical) The hot tub was dirty too. The pool though was wonderful. Beautiful temp, clear water, and no scum on edges. Breakfast was a 50/50. The eggs were horrible, however the waffles were delicious. Not the greatest variety though.

Our stay was good. Don’t stay for the breakfast. My husband got sick the first breakfast and second. Went out for the third. Hot tub had dirt in the one corner. Everything else was good.

Great stay!
we were driving through and looking for a hotel to stay for a single night. What a great surprise! The front desk was ready for us at 11:00 PM. The beds were so comfy that my husband pulled back the sheets to take a picture of what brand it was. The hotel was quiet all night long but we did start to hear moving around about 7 AM. Mind you, we had the room that was next to the elevator. The morning breakfast buffet was nicely stocked with waffles, eggs, sausage patties, three different types of cereal, and yogurt. Staff was constantly there clearing and wiping down the tables. It even had an indoor pool that was a pretty nice size. Would definitely, stay here again!
