Great location, steps from shops, harbors and restaurants. Can walk to Tennis HOF and easy free busses to mansions. Very dated, very basic room, probably haven't updated the hotel rooms for decades and it feels not refreshing after a long day out. however we spent a lot of $$, toilet circles and barely flushed, tv and remote is bare minimum.

Newport Harbor Hotel is in a great location in the center of Newport. Close to shopping, restaurants, Cliff Walk and Historic Mansions. The drawback to this hotel is it is badly in need of an update. The beds are very uncomfortable and the bathrooms could use some upgrades. The cost is definitely for the location of this hotel.

Great location! Although parking is crazy because their lot is also a public parking lot. No valet. The staff was ok, some were nice and polite enough some acted like they were paying us to stay there. Our stay was okay but there is nothing special about this hotel, it’s a bit outdated, no special touches, and the costumer service was lacking. Didn’t feel any different from a Hampton Inn, yet for the daily rate I was definitely expecting more than just paying to be in a great location.
