The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. It was in an excellent location! Definitely wasn’t a “luxury” experience, but was great and I would go back.

6/10 Good

Best part is the location and parking. Easy walking to wharfs and taking the car in and out of lot to see beyond.

Excellent location. Very convenient for shopping and dining.

6/10 Good

The location is amazing, but the property is dated, not well maintained, and could have been cleaner. For example, the paint was cracked and peeling off the ceiling in our bathroom, and the corner of the bathroom looked like it hadn’t seen a cleaning in a long time. This property was way over priced considering its condition.

Enjoyed a last minute stay here, and the location is EXCELLENT! Walked to all my fave spots, room/hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly.

This is a nice hotel located in the heart of downtown Newport, with short walking distance to everything, It is not fancy but very clean with comfortable beds.

4/10 Fair

It’s sad when the only positive thing you can say about a really expensive hotel is the hot water was plentiful. The rooms are dilapidated and in desperate need of renovation, WiFi was non existent. Yes, it is in a great location with a beautiful view, but there are plenty of other hotels in the area that will give you that. We will not be staying here again.

8/10 Very good

The location was 10 out of 10. The staff was super great and helpful. The views of the bay were awesome. The room itself just felt a little old/ outdated. The bathroom was a little worn as well (ceiling especially). Would stay there again, but, I felt like it was overpriced for the quality of the room finishes.

6/10 Good

Great location, steps from shops, harbors and restaurants. Can walk to Tennis HOF and easy free busses to mansions. Very dated, very basic room, probably haven't updated the hotel rooms for decades and it feels not refreshing after a long day out. however we spent a lot of $$, toilet circles and barely flushed, tv and remote is bare minimum.
