It is a budget hotel that is excellent for a short stay (such as ours) in the city center and with a very nice, English speaking staff. The breakfast is among the best ones i have had in any hotel (kudos!). In our room the airco was malfunctioning and in no time we had a other one.

In need of Modernisation
The hotel is immediately in the centre of Poitiers which is the only redeeming feature. It is way in need of modernisation as is very shabby and old. We were offered free breakfast which I have never had in ibis only Ibis styles. Maybe this is to make up for the state of the hotel. Parking is available across the road at the centreville car park which is excellent and very reasonable.

À part l’accueil tout est moyen dans cet établissement. À commencer par la taille de la chambre ( je ne généralise pas je ne parle que de celle que j’ai occupée). Ridiculement petite pour une chambre qui peut accueillir jusqu’à 3 personnes, on ne peut pas se tourner dans cet espace exiguē. Nous étions 2 et c’est trop pour être à l’aise. Côté confort, si les matelas sont de bonne facture (Simmons) ils ont le tort d’être posés sur des sommiers moins larges et métalliques. Si bien qu’ils se déplacent avec vos mouvements de la nuit jusqu’à ne plus être soutenus et vous faire chuter. Salle d’eau minimaliste et aussi très petite. Serviettes pas bien blanches. Quelques moutons sous le lit. Enfin impossible de régler la climatisation. Bref pas super nuit

Sympathique, tres bien placé, correct p le travail
De passage une nuit pour un déplacement professionnel, les choses se sont plutot bien passées. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une place dans le (petit) parking attenant. Personnel souriant a l'arrivée, douches chaudes, un peu de bruit de la rue mais rien de grave. En revanche, des standards plutot 2 etoiles que 3 : chambre etroite, traces de calcaire dans la douche (propre par ailleurs), gobelets en carton et pas de bouilloire... mais le petit déjeuner est tres bien. Je recommande les madeleines !
