Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Bali and we visit multiple times a year. Staff are amazing! However big the rooms look, triple it, they’re massive! Water slide and kids area were a bonus. Location was reasonable with busses and drivers on site that are just as cheap as Gojek. 10/10

Friendly and always helpful staff, great slide for kids infants/primary age, in house kids spa so hair braiding/nails can be done for a descent price while you can stay in hotel but rooms are great and large for price.

6/10 Good

The staff are lovely, which is the best thing about this property. Our room was very big and clean, and the filtered water station is a great feature. Unfortunately, being on the first floor, we were woken by people above us at 5am each morning. The property is also on a busy road, front and back, so it is quite noisy and not peaceful. Saying that, it is a ‘kid resort’, so your kids will love it, just not for us anymore (youngest is 10). The breakfast bar was ok, not the greatest. Found some amazing warrung’s outside the property, which were yummy and so affordable.

We had a great 9 night stay at the Prime Plaza Suites with our 12 year old son. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping. The pool and other facilities (table tennis, pool tables, fusball, water slide, etc). are fantastic for kids, while the 12pm - 8pm happy hour is great for parents! The restaurant food and breakfast buffet are also quite good. It can be a little noisy with kids in the pool before 8am but that's not unexpected at a family resort.

We loved the friendly, laid back atmosphere. The hotel was an easy walk to the main street in Sanur where there was more than enough restaurants to choose from.

The staff were outstanding and very friendly. My wife has a problem with breathing and the first room provided meant she had to climb a few steps to get to the lift and then walk a distance on the corridor to access the room. The people there noticed that on the first day and offered a room which was right next to the lift and did not need her to walk far - amazing , thoughtful service. This is more a hotel with suites for families and that is why we went with my daughter and family so it is geared towards services and entertainment for children and it does that very well.

The staff were all so wonderful, particularly in the kids zone and pool. Property and pool were beautifully maintained and the location made it so easy to wander around the local neighborhood. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!
