The room is spacious and the staffs were very helpful and provided excellent service. It’s claimed as a five-star hotel, but it doesn’t seem equipped with five-star standards. I just couldn’t believe a five-star hotel provides plastic water kettle. The hair dryer could be better, just too cheap, and low ceiling height.

A long time ago, finer hotels would greet you and follow up with you and if one returned numerous times (like we have) they followed up with you and made sure you were taken care of. Edmund is a treasure in our opinion. I have stayed here 5 times in 3-4 months, and if I ever have any type of request, Edmund makes it happen. Other hotel employees may use the scripted "we will do our best and it is based on other factors, etc". Well, if I am flying from San Francisco to Hong Kong, I'm exhausted and want my to be taken care of, I'm going to want results. Thank you Edmund! The staff is always amazing. I have flown from the US several times in the past 3 months. I always stay here. It's extremely clean, great location, and the staff is always incredible.
