The room was very dirty. There was a hole in the wall therefore you could hear the highway. There was stains on the couch, bed, and the outlet covers. There was also a bug in the bathroom. I did not even stay in the room. The worst hotel experience I ever had.

The room was in complete shambles: chair was filthy and dirty. Bath room had no waste bin, the faucet knob to switch from tap to shower almost came off when pulled. Bath towels had holes and smelt worse than my mopping cloth. The staff at front was indeed courteous and gave us extra towels when we asked for it.

Don’t stay here, the hotel smells terrible and the rooms as well. The rooms were sticky and not clean. Staff were rude and were not paying attention while doing check in. They are on their phones instead. We had 2 nights booked and only stayed one. Not worth the price at all.

Expedia, Please take this place off of your listings. It is not handicap accessible…. no elevator. It is filthy…no functional shower, toilet seats falling off…staff could care less….perfumed filled rooms to cover mildew and possibly more dangerous airborne pathogens. Are there no building codes in Layfeyette? In order to protect your reputation as a travel resource, take this place off of your listings.
