Great views and comfort
A wonderful place to stay with the best view of the bay, the flooded caldera of the extinct volcano. Lovely swimming pool. Is only A10 minute walk from the amazing prehistoric site of Akrotiri, which is why we chose it. But the lovely views, the comfortable bed pillows and sheets, the pool and the cocktails made it luxurious. Welcoming and helpful staff too.

The property was beautiful. Santorini View Hotel has the best view! The staff were amazing and so hospitable. The breakfast was awesome! The pool was nice and clean. A little dated, but they are working on improving the property.

Under new management. The property is wonderful and the staff extremely helpful. They only have breakfast at the on site restaurant. Dinner will be coming I’m told. A pool bar is coming too but not sure when.

The staff is top notch wonderful and accommodating. What a team they have from the manager personally taking our dry cleaning himself to the front desk staff assisting us every step of the way. Such people wonderful they all were. They totally made our stay a memorable experience. The hotel is a few minutes ride to a few eateries. We loved the little crepes cafe down the street. We would suggest a car rental because it’s out of the way from the tourists spots. We learned the hard way and finally rented a car our last 3 days and it was freedom. The ride transfers were adding up quick. Their breakfast had a great view as well. We stayed in the upgraded room with a view. The bed was so much more comfortable. This place is highly recommended all because of the staff. Thank you team Santorini View. (Martha, the manager (forgot his name) and Vasillio) hope it’s spelled correctly. We will miss and remember your hospitality.
