Exceptional 10,0
Very satisfied. Only issue was untrusted IP addr
I got a very good rate on the hotel, perhaps because it was February, and it was worth every penny. I didn’t try breakfast because of the high price – I do not believe any hotel breakfast is worth more than €15 and it was about €20. The hotel is very impressive downstairs. Large lifts and very wide corridors. Visually pleasing both inside and outside I worked out a six-minute route to Nord station. It is also only four minutes from Thomas tram stop. The priority for me was being able to use my laptop. The desk space was adequate but I had to unplug a light to plug in my laptop. More lighting above the desk, so that I could see my keyboard better, would have been useful. It really needed a socket above the disk. The fridge was useful and the coffee/milk topped up daily was appreciated. The only annoying thing in my 10-night stay was that the hotel’s IP address was not trusted so several of my out-going emails were rejected and I had to use webmail to overcome this. The hotel should ensure that rubbish is cleared up from the outside of its vehicle exits – it looked really scruffy and appearances are important.

Terrible hotel
Staffs were very rude and not that fluent at English. More over they asked us to pay tax again. The towels in bathroom were very dirty and with a lot of dust. Linens of bed were same. During staying this hotel we were suffer from itchness, So stressful.People who stayed at next room smocked in their room and the smell was coming into our room.

Pleasant stay
One night stay arriving early evening. Bar and restaurant service was efficient, and the food good / fair priced. Hotel room was clean, although you could tell that some of the fixtures (in the bathroom) were a little worn out. Breakfast was good, but rather expensive (€20 per head, adds up when you pick up your bill). Overall a pleasant stay, but some areas to improve upon (hence this long review).

Restaurant menu is very limited as is room service.

Overall the hotel was ok, I felt the staff behind the desk were not very friendly, both the staff we dealt with on checkin and checkout were not very welcoming. I asked if we could pay our taxes by cash and was told no as it was easier to pay by card as the gentleman behind the desk’s shift was finishing so it was easier for him.

Good 6,0
The room was great, however, the hotel is very impersonal, too big in the entrance and breakfast space. One certainly cannot feel comfortable there.

A decent place close to the Centre
A good hotel but expensive for the rate I paid for a night. The staff at the check in were super friendly.

Poor 2,0
I would not stay again...
There was no air conditioning or mini bar in the room. Walls are paper thin, so you will know even somebody is taking a shower next room, or worse. Very dodgy area with no shops or anything around.
