"Great family friendly resort. Highly recommended, awesome service. Their kids club was very good and staff were caring for my 5 year old, which he thoroughly enjoyed and wanted to go again and again! We could enjoy our time away and we chose the extra lunch option so he could eat what he liked with desert. There were lots of daily events for all ages which was nice. The Chinese restaurant was very tasty and staff there were very friendly. We went there every night."

"Our experience at the Hard Rock hotel Bali was very positive, enjoyable and relaxing. Lots of extras we didn't expect. It was very busy at the main pool and slides and almost impossible to book a cabana. However, at the gym wasn't busy and the spa, sauna and steam room were empty pretty much all the time. The staff were fantastic."

"Everything was excellent except for the service provided by the photography team. They took our pictures and my husband had to chase up with the photography team there. They took the money and when my husband messaged on WhatsApp, they saw the message but didn't reply.They replied after 3 days. The photo was seem like was edited in rush.We had no issues with hotel staff ,service, food and amenities. All awesome except, the photography team led us down."
