Great room at value
The room was a decent size as well as the wash closet. The tub was deep so I was able to take a comfortable bath after a very long road trip. I would absolutly book here again.

The staff and service is what makes this place great. The hotel is moderate for needs, but has all you need and in great location.

We have relatives close to the hotel who could not offer us a room and so we stay at this hotel for convenience. Unfortunately I cannot really comment on anything other than the room as we only sleep there.

Quite bad
Room was constantly super cold and the floor was feeezing. Heating went off in the nights and there was nothing you could do about it. I was able to hear every sound to my room sometimes even reception music.

Ironically, there's not much value in staying here.
The rooms looks like there hasn't been any maintenance in the past decade. Quite annoying continuous buzz noise from inside the building (elevator? other installation?).
Beds & matrass were old and provided limited support.
Don't expect much. You can sleep here, you'll survive, but not much to enjoy.

In desperate need of renovation, deep cleaning and repairs ( faulty fan, broken cupboard hinge - sharp piece of metal sticking out causing risk to safety, not working TV). Unfortunately, there wasn't anyone at the reception to speak to or report issues.

My room was acceptable and clean, but in our language one would say "It's getting old". The wallpaper was hanging down in one corner and some of the tiles in the bathroom were torn, but what I have to complain about is that the reception is only manned for a very short time and you could reach noone on the phone number. So once we couldn't get in with our code until a guest solved it with his cell phone. The charging station in the much too small hotel car park was constantly full of gas cars, but the hotel tolerated it and there were hardly any parking spaces nearby. It was cheap for Brussels but I wouldn´t still stay there just because of the parking spaces alone, I was there on business and would like to park comfortably in front of the hotel after work. I don´t like to lug my luggage to the hotel around from a street far away.
