Hotel seemed a little tired. Staff were great.
Upgraded to Club deluxe room on arrival. Room had cobwebs hanging everywhere, curtains barely closed, A/C or fans in toilet absolutely stunk the room out - was even a little air freshener hidden on the back of the shelf under the sink. Complained at reception and cost of upgrade was removed to be fair to staff on desk. The rest is as you’d expect of Malmaison. The hotel is maybe looking a little tired.

Malmaison Glasgow is a great place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant/bar is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not the fault of the hotel, but several roads in the area are closed for construction, so be prepared to drive in a few circles before you get there.
