The Room floor was filthy, The Sheets and pillow cases were dirty/stained, the 2 sets of bathroom towels were dirty. Booked 2 nights, got in after 9PM, Left next morning at 6AM and didn't go back. Breakfast room was clean but limited food. Bathroom light flickered off and on enough to trigger epilepsy.

I want to say that Tania, the daytime front desk manager, was great. I had an emergency come up while staying there and had to leave early Saturday morning. I wasn’t able to make it back in time to check out but she secured my room and personal belongings and held the room for me another day over the phone and was very understanding of the situation until I could get back that afternoon and pay for another night’s stay. Great staff and I will stay here again soon.

Horrible experience. The room was filthy. There were crumbs and hair all over the floor. There was a pubic hair on my "clean" towel when I got there. I killed a cockroach (or a similar type bug) on day 1 of my 3 day stay and left it on the ground next to my bed. Room service just left it there, never vacuumed it up. The sheets were never changed. There were stains all of the towels. Mold was all over the shower curtain. The neighboring room BLASTED their music with full base until 4:30am. There were a bunch of shady people haning around in the parking lot, that resulted ambulance/police coming after midnight. The motel is located right by a busy freeway that is very loud. My room keep kept quite working so I had to take it to the front desk multiple times to get it fixed. Overall, a very poor experience.

While we stayed the rooms were spacious and clean they are working on a remodel of the rooms so there was lot of noise early in morning but the hotel for most part is a decent place to stay
