This property is amazing. Great location in Downtown Houston. Lobby, hotel restaurant Biggio's and wine bar are great. The best part about this hotel is obviously the rooftop pool. They have plenty of seating. The pool waitstaff are attentive. The offered complimentary cold water bottles one of the days we were there. They have plenty of clean pool towels and the DJ was a plus. Rooms are nice and comfy. We will continue to come back when we can get a good rate.

Immaculately clean, one of the best hotel gyms i ever seen, decent pool, friendly staff, plenty of restaurants onsite and close by, comfortable beds, amazing view, lots to do in the surrounding area. What i didnt like is the valet fee of $70/night and the hot tub always had too many people. The hot tub issue isnt unique to the Marquis. Its a problem at most large hotels. They always have small hot tubs Definitely recommend and ill be back
