Location of the hotel isn’t the best, but is accessible for families that have appointments at Integris hospital, which is what we were there for as our 2 year old is special needs.
Sara was at the front desk and she was wonderful. She understood how we felt about the rooms we were given. She was apologetic and very sweet. I will personally give her a 5-star for her service, but will give a 1 because of housekeeping, which I know is not her fault. We ended up checking in and checking right back out because the rooms were not clean. There was a questionable stain on the red chaise, ceiling was peeling from possible leak, there was hair everywhere, hair all over the bathroom floor, and under the sink. I unfortunately cannot get a refund but wish I could since I had to spend another $200 to find another hotel. I would not recommend.
