Ghetto a$$ hotel

The room was not clean. I had to take Lysol wipes to clean the tables and the shower. The shower water had no pressure to wash my hair or body. It looked like there were some drug deals going on in the parking lot.

Horrible experience.

The place smelled horrible. There were holes in the wall and cigarette ashes in the bathroom. The heater/air conditioner did not work. We left early and didnt even stay our second night.

Horrifying

The room was absolutely gross. The bathroom had mold. The toilet seat was broken. The floors were very dirty. It was nothing how it was advertised online. There were people outside the hall smoking weed, there were people sitting by my car smoking weed. It was loud all night. The TV did not work. No one was at the desk to reach . It was actually horrifying, I am a disabled single woman who was traveling alone and I did not feel safe at all.

I wouldn’t recommend. Not worth the money you save

Very outdated and poorly maintained. The photos are not accurate. Looks like the photos were taken when it first opened. The shower/bathroom had major water damage. Limited amenities. The bed was uncomfortable, the floor was uneven and wavy, the television was broken and leaned against a wall on top of the dresser. Two tiny pillows provided for a king size bed. I stayed in the room as little as I possibly could. The whole place smelled like old food and the elevator barely ran. One of the two elevators was completely inoperable. People at the front desk were not friendly and appeared extremely disinterested in their clientele. Appeared that those who owned the hotel all lived in the hotel and occupy lots of the room. Multiple times walking in there were drug addicts hanging around and in the entry to the property. It appears they were allowed to just stay in and around the property.

Avoid like the plague

was a horrible checkin process. I bought two queen bed room. checked in the person didn’t speak english at all. get to the room and it a one bed king. go back to lobby and wait another 20 minutes. moves us to a room with two full beds. again not what I paid for. went back down and just said we’d take the king again. get into room and air doesn’t work. go back to lobby again and this time he says you come. only you. shows me the room with two queen beds. i’m like you’ve had one for an hour now trying to check in and the room with two queens was here and available this whole time. side bar. asking my child to stay in the lobby while he took me to another location. at this point it’s after 1 am. ? red flags for trafficking here! I said there is no way i’m leaving a minor unattended in your establishment . was quite sketchy.

Never stay here

This was the worse hotel that we ever stayed in. We reserved a king bed. Got to the room the key would not work they had to come change the battery and reprogram the door. Got into the room it was 2 queen beds and the bathroom was dirty. Went back to get our room with the king. This room was not any better we did not feel comfortable sleeping under the sheets. Lamp shades are broken counter dirty mirror was disgusting. Homeless person walking around the parking lot looking in cars

Gross

Checking in the guy working did not seem thrilled to be there and hard to understand. Got to my room and it didn't look very clean. Found crap innthe sink, hair on the floor in the bathroom, and toliet paper in the toliet. Looked like they forgot to clean it. Got moved to a different room. Getting off the elevator it smelt like dog pee in the hallway. Got to my room and light switches didn't work. Toliets didn't want to flush without holding the handle down. Pubic hair in the shower, nail polish or something was spilt on the floor and just looked gross. The metal shelf in the room was coming off the wall. The beds were so hard. Breakfast was sparse. The toaster didnt even work.
Kate, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

During check in, the two bed room we reserved wasn’t available. This wasn’t a huge deal for us but when I entered the room the bed and room were still dirty an hour after check in started (4:00pm). So poor organization and slow cleaning. They moved me again to another room on another floor (4th floor) now with a smaller single bed. New room was ok on cleanliness. The AC in this room was loud and didn’t help cool the room on mild 70F days so I imagine it is worse in the middle of summer. Breakfast options were bagels, one type of cereal although there were 3 dispencers (2 were left empty), a waffle maker (best option here), stale biscuits and cold gravy, then the worst tasting powdered eggs I have had at a hotel. Breakfast was not fully available at 6:00am when it was advertised. Overall, it gets the job done. If you are out of the room most of the day then this isn’t a terrible option for the price but you won’t be getting amenities that would be available at a pricier place. Not the worst place I have stayed at but you get what you pay for too

Not so satisfied

Mold spots visible in the bathroom. Dirty corners of the base boards. Tape holding the lamp shade together. Heater so loud had to drown it out by tv/music to be to sleep. A huge breakfast area and nothing but cereal and milk, WITH NO BOWLS OR SILVERWARE to eat it with. And this was at 8:30 when breakfast is served 6-9
Dusty, 1-night trip

Filthy and in terrible disrepair

The front desk attendant was slow and unfriendly. The room was in disrepair and filthy. The building smelled like cigarette smoke. We were just there for a bed, shower and breakfast and left with only a terrible night sleep. Breakfast was supposed to be 6-9 and at 6:30 it was just getting set up and the only thing out was bread, bagels and a gallon of milk. Most of the service containers in the picture were not even out let alone filled. The shower was so gross we refused to use it. If it wasn't 1:30 am and we hadn't been driving for 14 hours, we would have gotten a refund and gone somewhere else. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
