The room itself was adequate. Clean and comfortable no frills. No microwave or fridge. What could be improved is the front desk clerk. He didn’t seem to care much about being there. Was there at 2;45 and would not start the check-in process until 3pm. I came back at 3pm to a line where a man was waiting frustrated about the check-in process taking forever. Attitude towards customer was just bad. I’ll pass on this Hote next time we’re in town.

It's a good place to sleep. We arrived and there was a wierd bad smell. The room is big and specious, but has no towels. Booked a room for 3 people and only had 1 towel. Had to go ask for more at the front desk , because the phone didnt work, and they only had 1 set of towels available. The ice machine didn't work, and the breakfast was very light (Coffee, cookies, a muffin, orange juice and apple juice., and some old looking fruit.

You get exactly what you what yu pay for cheap quality.Only one towel and wash cloth .My plus one had to go out and buy her own towel/wash cloth.Rooms are nothing like pictures false advertisement.Motel should be knocked down and rebuilt.Tv is outdated AC works but is extremely loud so if you can’t sleep with noise think again.And have a nerve to have a incident damage fee of $100 .Breakfast has mold in premade sandwiches as well so just go to McDonalds up the street

I booked a room for two people. There were only one set of towels in the room when we went to shower. Went down to service desk to ask for another set and I was tols I woukld have to wait until in the morning. I advised him I was trying to shower and fgo to bed tonight. He has a bunch of his friends in the lobby having a pizza party and they were not worried about helping customers. Had to wait 10 minutes then walk all the way back down to ask for them again. Got towls but said he didn't have a wash towel. Whole 4th floor smelled like weed as soon as we stepped off of the elovator. Skower knob half broken half to pay with it to get the water to come on. Just a overall horrible experience.

I brought my family for my child's birthday, the cold water in our first room didn't work making it unsafe for the children to shower. The second room we were moved to had someone already staying in it, so we walked in on them in their room. The THIRD room we were moved to seemed better, however we woke up to a massive and infestation leading to both the kids being bitten. We asked for a refund after the first night and all of the issues, but we're denied. We are currently trying to get a refund and having to jump through hoops to even get that done due to the nightmare process they have in place to speak with someone over reservations. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT stay here. Your money is much better spent somewhere else.

This location is very run-down. No AC or extremely warm in all hallways/common areas. Room AC turned to hot air output during second night and I could not turn off. Shower knob was very difficult to use and control water temp. Sheets were dirty and room smelled poorly.
