Andrew was very attentive, breakfast was good.maybe not season the tomatoes and make a note regarding the make your own toast situation, as I was up and down making toast , so where other guests, this could be avoided if we was made aware., maybe tell staff members to tell guests .The noise from other guests did disturb my sleep , but it’s an old building so can’t be helped.cleaning of the bathroom could of been better, but we had nice clean white& fresh towels. The tv is tiny , but overall a pleasant stay.

Andrew could not have been more welcoming. Having the photos of every room was very useful. You can see exactly what the room is like. The breakfast was comprehensive and individually cooked. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location on the prom too.

We stayed in a Seaview room. The views were fantastic. The room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable. Definitely highly recommend this hotel. Andrew the owner is brilliant. He is so friendly and .makes you feel so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. The team he has are all so helpful and friendly. The hotel is ideally situated in a perfect place. Close to all amenities including rail station, but also in a quiet spot. We will be back soon.

Really impressed with the hotel position and helpful staff. No issues with anything the service and breakfast were great. One very minor point and sorry to raise it now but maybe the bed was a little soft. That's only me preferring a more hard mattress. Anyway I would definitely stay again no problem, really enjoyed the weekend and the great weather was a bonus. Thank you Andrew and staff for a brilliant stay. Cheers Tony and Sharon.
