Location is perfect! We landed a room with a balcony and wow - the views were amazing! Room 501 was great! Room was dated, but clean - balcony made it worth it for us ❤️ There isn’t parking but parking right by it. People were struggling to get spaces but we fell lucky x Llandudno is a gem! Highly recommend with lots to do x Take a boat to see the seals, go on the mini train, shop, cable cars, Alice in wonderland trail! It’s all lovely x

4/10 Fair

Room was dusty, sweets on the carpet and bedding stained. When drawing the curtains the end of the curtain pole fell off, narrowly missing my sons head as he lay in his bed. Staff were apologetic and helped us by moving us to another room. Also offered us a partial refund and free breakfast. The building is old and in need of vast investment to return it to a state of former glory. Whilst i rate the staff for trying to help us, the poor standard of cleaning is not excusable. Dust can be cleaned and bed sheets can be inspected whilst chaning them.

food was good and things were clean. There seemed to be a lot of people complaining about their rooms, which delayed our check in. Some rooms dont have showers, including ours which we got a terse response to.

The building is an old building and it is clear there is a continual update going on ,which takes time ,we've been moved twice in past visits because of rain getting in (usually very wet and stormy conditions ) but we have been re roomed immediately in these conditions and we are still coming ,we like the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff ,breakfast is always fresh and plentiful ,no complaints ,the rooms are dated but as I said previously its an old hotel and we like it coming ,wealready booked for an Easter visit

We had a lovely nights stay here. The staff were great, the room was basic but exactly what we needed. Its a shame the chain that owns this hotel is allowing it to become run down and dated. Regardless, we would stay here again.
