I shouldn’t really rate this because I didn’t stay… I tried calling the location and canceling my reservation over 24 hours before but they said I had to do it through the app, but I could only find to message the hotel, which I did and the man told me again I had to go through the app to cancel. At a loss as to what to do I just left it… I’m sure I was charged but didn’t have a lot of options

Went on a business trip. Front desk staff was not very knowledgeable regarding booking and deposit. She became defensive and was not helpful. Had to speak with a manager who resolved the issue. Staff should be trained regarding customer service and take the help of a Sr. staff member if needed.

Leaky water pipes
Everything was going pretty good till about 2:00 in the morning and I heard water dripping in the shower and in the hallway by the door from the room upstairs I was in room 707 and it dripped for about 30 minutes. With 10 in of snow on the ground and, I presume the roof it made me a little nervous however, I could tell by the ceiling that it had dripped before and had been temporarily repaired before the storm and then realized that it was from the room upstairs. I did not have time to report the issue to the hotel but I will do so today. Other than that the staff was real friendly and I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and covenient location.

We stayed 1 night to attend a concert at the amphitheater. It’s very convenient, only 2 miles from the venue and they offer a shuttle for a small fee which is well worth the cost so I didn’t have to deal with parking. As for the hotel, the only thing that saved a 1 star rating was the staff. Everyone I met was polite and helpful. The property is in dire need of a lot of TLC.
