Rooms are amazing. The best are so comfortable. We also loved the rooftop pool. We had purchased access to club level which included breakfast and supper plus drinks (non-alcoholic) all day and evening. The views on the 43rd floor were spectacular. The entire property is amazing and we had a view of the CN Tower which was lovely. Highly recommend this property!

The room and the staff were very good. My only complaint was that WiFi wasn’t complimentary. In this day and age, in a hotel chain like the Sheraton, there is no excuse for charging for WiFi. Even smaller hotels nowadays do not charge
