Great location
The location can’t be beat—just a block from Pike Place Market. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to walk to all the main places we wanted to visit—everything about a mile or two away. This is an older, but delightfully quirky hotel. The bed was comfortable! The hot water went off for about a 1/2 minute one morning, but resumed and we never had that issue again. We’d stay here again!

Affordable and comfortable
I come to Seattle several times a year and have tried many hotels. I chose Palihotel because of the price and the reviews. My stay was good. The bathroom was very clean and well supplied including ear plugs (which you’ll need since there were many young people staying there -possibly taking advantage of the $5 martinis in the bar) The bed was very comfortable. The decor was tasteful …vintage. The mini bar and snack basket were full of options (for a price, of course). Room service was available for breakfast, there is a coffee shop in the lobby. And of course, it’s right across from Pike Place Market. There were a few things that weren’t as amazing as all the reviews said: The room was very small and the carpet old. There was a coffee maker on a very little table filled with cups and saucers, and water bottles for sale, however there was no outlet nearby, so you need to put the coffeemaker on the floor to use it. There is no chair to sit in to drink coffee or place to set the coffee down. The water bottles they offer are $13, so it’s worth bringing your own.

Not great, but not terrible.
The service was not the best, my room was not serviced properly. The phones for outside calls don't work and the front desk didn’t know why ... Overall is not a bad hotel, but it does need improvement in service.

Perfect place to stay while in Seattle
Perfect place to stay while traveling Seattle. Cozy, Calm, Warm, Every experience in Palihotel was perfect to me. The Public Market was very closed to the hotel, also the First Starbucks too. I would like to visit again next time I visit Seattle again.
