I was there over the Christmas holiday, so I understood and was happy that Hampton let guests know that housekeeping staff would not be working on December 25.
However, when I asked for clean towels on the morning of December 26, the clerk said that he would take care of it.
However, when I returned to my room that night, the clerk had not "taken care of it." I had to go back down to the night clerk and get a set of towels. A minor problem, but irritating when I thought that I could rely on the Hampton staff to do what they said that they would do.
