I’ve booked twice om different days. Toilet noise flushing whole night. Onsen is great but foreign visitor’s don’t wash and just directly go to the pool.

Terribly rundown old hotel a long way out of the centre of the city. The condition of the bathroom was literally disgusting it was so old and worn out. Worse they were charging ridiculous prices exploiting people during the world cup in rugby. Terrible customer service, I wrote them four emails via the Expedia messaging system and did not receive a single reply.
