L'hôtel n'existe plus. Nous avons donc contacter hotels.com pour obtenir un remboursement. Le service clientèle ne veut pas nous aider et nous répond après 2 mois, qu'ils sont toujours dans l'attente d'une réponse favorable d'un hôtel qui n'existe pas. Ne réservez pas avec hotels.com, le service clientèle est très mauvais.
