After an overnight flight from MA we werw able to check in extremely early (10am instead of 3 PM Front desk staff was excellent helpful and empathetic!! We stayed here for two nights while visiting Venice on vacation. It was a little further from a lot of the touristy hot spots but the walk is manageable and you were out of the hustle and bustle. There were many other options of transportation if walking is not preferred. The hotel was nice and quiet and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Super close to the train station so that is a big benefit. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall outstanding AC property, conveniently close to the Santa Lucia train station. Well designed, good size rooms, great shower, wonderful staff (especially Cosimo) and excellent $20 Euro buffet. For those not wanted to take a water taxi, if you have heavy luggage, it’s definitely a work out getting up the steps to cross the bridge. I would not recommend this for those not physically fit. About 10mins walk or so with heavy luggage. Otherwise, the street of Venice are right there to explore. Dinner at Osteria del Lovo is fantastic, about a 30min walk.
