I rated this property poorly due to the fact that, upon check in I paid $188 for two nights using my credit card. The employee said my card was declined. I ask them to run it again, it was also declined a second time (which was odd, as this was a mastercard and we had been using it all over Colombia). I used a Visa card for the third time and it worked. Later in the evening i checked my mastercard app and it showed both transactions that were declined, as being process, and no knowledge of being "declined". I called Mastercard and they stated the charges were not declined and they were in the process of being posted! I spoke to the front desk and the said I would need to speak with accounting because there was a problem with their credit card machine. So I'm still waiting on that. Another issue we had, was there were only two towels in the bathroom- we had 4 people. We had to request more. It took about 45 min to have them brought up to the room, after we called a second time, apparently they forgot to send them up so we still had to wait. Just a major inconvenience. The next time room service came, they took two towels, prolly thinking they were dirty. So I went downstairs to the front desk to request more. After waiting in the long line (because they only have one person working the front desk for some reason) I was told they would bring them up to the room & couldnt pick them up there. Also room service food took over 45 min to deliver. We cancelled it.
