Clean hotel with spacious rooms. Service at the front desk was mixed - the guy who checked us in had an odd sense of humor and didn't seem to want to be there. The woman in the morning at checkout was amazing. Breakfast was convenient and nicely presented but I'd hoped for potatoes in Idaho and... no potatoes!! Location is great and convenient to downtown restaurants and shops.

This note is one of the better ones we’ve stayed at, and it’s really because of the staff. Everyone was SO NICE, from check-in to check-out, housekeeping, custodial, breakfast room, bartender, everyone was great. This will definitely be the place for us to stay every time we come out to Boise.

Was greeted immediately by friendly front desk staff. After getting key cards my room was easy to find. Upon entry a moderatley sized clean suite with comfy king bed abd small living room lounge space greeted me. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was great with many options to choose. Check out was a breeze!
