6/10 Good

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff in addressing our concerns. Nevertheless, the ongoing construction, beyond their control, results in unavoidable dust inhalation particularly when accessing the room via the stairs. Despite this, the hotel's prime location, situated near shopping and tourist attractions, makes it an ideal choice. I certainly plan to book a stay there once the construction is completed.

The hotel is on reconstruction , they give us a room at 4th floor with no elevator, because the hotel is in remodeling. The room to little and no accommodations, you don't have space to walk and only 1 night table between boths bed, ( beds are comfortable, a least), no AC of course because the hotel is in remodeling, etc. No good at all. Thanks God was only 1 night.

The room was fine for the price we paid, but we didn’t have hot water and the water pressure was very low, the elevator didn’t work. However, I gotta say that the staff is very friendly and helpful, when we notified them of this, they changed us to a different room and helped us a lot getting up and down with our luggage. Just be aware that this is in the middle of “Centro Histórico” so there’s a lot going on (noise) around the building. And for breakfast (the included one) I’d totally recommend to walk just a little further for a better service and food! So go to “Casa Churra” rather than “Los chilangos”

The property itself was located in a very convenient area but elevators weren't working and didn't have A/C, showers were super small. Rooms were very clean and mall. Staff was very helpful and tried their best to make your stay as comfortable as posible.

Good location
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They are remodeling and upgrading rooms which is nice. We had two rooms, one old and one new. So we got to see both. The romedeled room was nice and more modern. Bathroom was great with glass doors. The older rooms bathroom was very tight with a small shower earea and curtain was shorter and all the water was coming out. The toilet and floor all got wet. We never got hot water in the old room. The hotel shuts water off at a certain time and back on in the morning, but this happens a lot throughout the city. At night cockroaches came out in the bathroom. I believe they came out from the floor drain they have right outside the shower (as i mentioned the water comes out everywhere when showering). The location is great. Walking distance from the Zócalo and many restaurants/shops. Its a safe area. Its a decent hotel. Just inform yourself about water shut off/on hours to prep yourself.

2/10 Poor

The staff are great and the location thats all. Elevators were not working for my whole stay and no water the first and the last two days of my stay. The hotel is still under construction which is probably why. But you should not be opening a hotel if you cannot accommodate your guests. Or at least mention it in the advertisement because now it is a false advertisement. I am disappointed with the owner of this hotel. I understand its peak season which business is good. BUT you should limit your guests to what limit you can accommodate and mention on your advertisement that hotel is still under construction and no elevators! The elevator i let it go but the water i was very disappointed. They have given us papers to fill up for refund. Currently working on it hopefully they’ll get back.

When I checked in my room was not ready because there was issue with the plumbing so I just left my luggage in room. The elevator was not working. I realized that the room did not have air conditioning … only a fan. When I entered the room was so small and the bathroom looked very old. My suitcase barely fit in the room. We went out for dinner and just came back to get our luggage. We checked out and went to another hotel. The pictures in cheap tickets website are mislabeled !
