The hotel is new and well maintained. It’s right off ont Interstate and easy to get to. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Morning breakfast was your standard continental breakfast. Hotel was excellent but it is located in rural area so the odors from the farms is pretty strong.

Great stopping point for us on our way from the Colorado Mountains to home on the plains of Nebraska. Dinner in Loveland and then over night in Kersey. Easy to get to the hotel from the highway. Gas station and so forth in town if you need it.

Love this comforting and clean inn. We will be here for over a week because it is so nice to come back to each day. We are here because our sister died five days ago and we are providing support for her children as well as being supported by them. This “shelter from the sadness” has just been perfect. They provide upscale products, crisp clean sheets, a comfortable lounge, and most of all quiet rest. The grounds are lovely and well kept too!

Good stay they just kept running out of breakfast stuff. Typically stay at the Eaton one . This one was a bit cheaper so we stayed here and was a bit disappointed about the breakfast issue. Would stay again hopefully they get that issue fixed.

We reserved the room, but did not arrive until after midnight and they had given the room away and had no others available. I guess I didn't read the fine print! And the girls at the front seemed half asleep and didn't seem to know what they were doing. To top it all off, we paid for the room in full!!!!

Upon arrival at 6:00pm there was no one at the front desk, I used the phone to get the front desk person but got no answer. It stopped ringing after awhile, I hung up and called 2 more times, same result. I finally saw the lady in the back room and got her attention to get checked in. After getting to my room the lady did call to ask if everything was ok and I said it was, a few minutes later I called to ask where the ice machine was and again no answer, went downstairs used the phone at the front desk, no answer, found the lady in the back room to help me. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, getting checked in was a little difficult.

We had a room reserved way over a month. When I went to check in he said he didn’t have a king size bed til 3. He then said we have a queen bed available. I said I’ll take that one I don’t want to wait til 3. He didn’t tell me my room number was or even how to get upstairs. No info on breakfast in the morning or the vending machine. When I checked out I saw the lady see me and went inside a room. I got tired of waiting and said here are my room keys. Oh sorry I thought you were with him. Customer service is awful. Rather then that it was clean and quiet.

The room was dirty and not well stocked. Shower curtain did not reach to the floor causing flooding. Furniture(coach chair) were very old and dirty. They don’t clean the rooms. Had to get tp, Kleenex, towels at front desk. The area around it feedlots. Not a pleasant smell. Kids were running up and down the upstairs hallway for hours. Very little restaurants around. It is about 9 miles from downtown greenley. They have no elevator or help to carry luggage upstairs so it you have to stay here, keep that in mind. Staff was nice but nothing above and beyond. They did put us in a suite since they had no rooms downstairs even though on calling and booking they did confirm they did. They gave us the rate they quoted but I had to call 3 times to get it done. I would not recommend.
