Unfortunately, staying here was not by first choice. First hotel overbooked another hotel across the street Cosmos 100 which the staff there was very apologetic there. Going to NH the man at the reception desk said they didn’t have our reservation that was already paid for then he mysteriously found it but our room was already given so we were forced to take downgrade as it was very late. Most of the staff was not very friendly except the lady working overnight as the lady in the evening was very rude when I was speaking to another gentleman. The room was half the size of the room booked, stains on the carpet and walls. Cracked glass on the nightstand. Thermostat didn’t work as it was always very cold and the rude reception lady in the evening said they control it not the guest.

it was a great stay I lost my passport . and had to book 3 nights in a row even though I thought I was going to be able to leave at an earlier time. But they accommodated me very well and made sure I was ok. The rooms were really clean. I really appreciate them.
