Comfortable but speak no English
Stay was comfortable. Hotel staff in general do not speak English. All remote controls in room are in Japanese language.

A+++ hotel!
Gorgeous hotel, great room, wonderful staff. Would stay here again without hesitation. I am a very picky traveller, and this was truly a wonderful experience. Best hotel stay I have experienced in Japan. Buffet breakfast was also excellent!

Best choice in Takasaki
This hotel is way above and beyond the usual business hotel in the area. It's relatively new so everything is clean and in great condition. The attention to detail is amazing as pointed out by other reviewers. The massage chair in the room is something to look forward to after a long day. The only drawback i can think of is the area surrounding the hotel is pretty dead and it's a longer walk to the station.

It's very close to Takase Clinic and train station
I love the hotel hospitality services. When I wake up in the morning, I look forward for the "breakfast buffet" from 6:30am to about 9:30am the latest to eat at Coco Ciel restaurant. The front desk staff were so courteous and friendly. The front desk staff were able to walk me through about their hotel. My favorite enjoyment was their "Rock Spa" which was free only to "hotel guest". It was my first time doing "Spa treatment". I look forward doing that everyday to feel very much rejuvenated and cleansed. Their bed were very much comfortable. Their massage chair which was included in my room which made me feel like a "queen". The hotel housekeeping services were very much "top notch" and able to make sure my room is very much sanitized and always provide with fresh pajamas everyday. I like their pajamas. It's so earth tone color. The hotel is very much green. So much nature in the architecture style of the building. I would like to give a "shout out" to their architecture design specialist. The product which was applied behind the front desk walls were amazing... Most of all, the hotel staff were marvelous and I would very much recommend anyone to come & stay at Coco Grand Takasaki Hotel to experience their wonderful hospitality services.

Affordable Convenient Beautiful Hotel
Stayed for three nights at this clean and nice hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean, and had new beautiful furniture and a large massage chair. The interior design of this hotel is amazing. The included Japanese-Western breakfast was very rich. It included salmon, and all kinds of meats, juices, and fruits. The hotel is conveniently located just outside the Takasaki JR Train Station. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stay here and you will be happy.
This is a Great Hotel located right beside the entrance to Takasaki Station. I was traveling alone and stayed here for 2 nights.
The bed was quite hard but i never judge hotels by the bed because some people like hard and some some like soft.
The lobby was relaxing with water running through it. Laptop set up for personal use on stables in the lobby as well as wireless available.
The room was smallish but didn't feel it. Plenty of natural light and windows that opened.
Wireless network, fridge and a nice assortment of bathroom products topped it off.
Lastly, the 10th floor had an awesome spa area for men and a another for women.
Was nice to soak in a tub for an hour after a day of looking around the town.

The Only Place to Stay
I stayed four nights in Coco Grand Hotel. The room, although small by some American standards, was clean, comfortable and inviting. Service was extraordinary by helpful and responsive staff. The public bath/sauna area was a peaceful amenity that many business hotels simply do not have. The hotel is practically joined to the train station, yet the hotel building and rooms are quiet. I believe this to be a traveller's best option when staying in Takasaki.
