The hotel was Ok, I loved the shower water pressure but the rooms were a little dirty, some stains on the walls and the mattress was not comfortable. The lobby area needs a deep clean as well. This is an old property that needs updating. The room was dirty when I arrived. The phone wasn’t working in the room, and it wasn’t taken care of until the third day of my stay. I bring this up because I was getting dental work and was relying on calling room service, and I wasn’t able to call out, and I had to keep going downstairs to order my food the first few days. Not convenient. The breakfast is decent to good, depending on what they have available. They take a long time to replace anything that they run out of. The staff is overall very nice, but they don’t communicate well with each other, and it takes forever to get something done. The bed was comfortable and the shower is nice. The location is good overall. You are fairly close to everything.

The property was clean, safe, and the staff were very accommodating. There were window washers cleaning the outside of the windows and the water started to leak inside the windows. I called the front desk, the mess was cleaned up swiftly. Most people would want compensation however I was treated very well by the staff and good service is becoming difficult to find in today’s world.
